The Weekend Dish: 12/2/2017

Well hello there December, itโs nice to see you!
I canโt believe weโre here already, but Iโm totally ready for Christmas movies, peppermint bark, pretty snow, and lots of celebrating. What are you doing this weekend? Any decorating, baking or shopping? Tell me your plans!
As always, you'll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I've bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

I was looking for the traditional banana pudding and was so glad I saw your recipe. I grew up with banana pudding with a meringue served warm and love it that way. I also like the new wave banana pudding as well. One note that I would like to mention is that the banana pudding should be prepared with โNila wafers and not vanilla wafers. It makes a big difference. Thank you for the recipe. I hope my banana pudding looks as beautiful as yours.
Baking gingerbread men, decorating the tree, playing with my 2 girls and newborn baby boy!!! Wonderful and blessed weekend!!!!ย
