Are you in the path of this latest snowstorm? We started to get sleet and ice last night and the snow is supposed to go through late morning today. Weโre planning to hibernate and watch hockey and football all the live long day. If youโre getting nasty weather, I hope you stay safe and warm!

The salisbury steak looks good, though the dijon seems out of place to me. ย I think Iโd substitute tomato paste. ย This reminds me that I havenโt made Swiss steak in a very long time. ย
