The Weekend Dish: 8/3/2019

Well hello there August, how did you get here so fast?!
I feel like we were just at Josephโs end-of-year school picnic, thinking about all of the fun things we were going to do over the summer, and now here we areโฆ a couple of weeks until vacation, then we get back and are thrust right into school orientation and first days, etc. These days just fly!

Ooooh, good idea w chicken. I dont think Iโve had mango and avocado together before but I really adore avocados and have a new like of mangoesโฆa later in life like. Sounds yummy for a Summer dish to make. Definitely going to do this peach cobbler you posted. Wish I had some made right now. I have the vanilla icecream, just missing the cobbler๐
Made the BBQ salmon with Mango Salsaโฆdefinitely make it this week! ย Iโve also made it and subbed in chicken breast. Itโs delicious, refreshing & light for the hot days that remain of summer. Happy vacation!
