My mom made chicken cordon bleu often when we were younger, but I always remember that she would pick them up already-assembled at the grocery store and then bake them at home. I canโt wait to try my hand at this recipe!

Just thought Iโd share that my son (now 31) always called Chicken Kiev exploding chicken because no matter how careful he was, the butter always exploded out when he cut it. The baked version looks yummy.
English muffins and crumpets are not the same, but a bit similar. Iโm a huge crumpet fan so I had to try this recipe right away. They turned out awesome. Definitely give them a try!
English muffins and crumpets are two different things. The first have those lovely butter-friendly holes on the inside, the latter on the outside. They are both delish in my opinion.
Good morning Michelle, I noticed when I went to the Crumpet recipe (which sound great), she had a chicken cordon bleu also. At first I thought you liked 2 recipes from the same blogger, I donโt think Iโve seen you do that. Both sounded good, but I think I would go with the easier/ baked one. Have a great weekend.
I bought crumpets once at a gourmet food store. To me they were like pancakes that werenโt flipped over โ a little doughy โ not something Iโd purchase or make again. IMO
