I love reading your Weekend Dish every Saturday!! In the Italian Fresh Cream Lemon Cake the chef uses 1 3/4 cups of powered sugar in the cake batter. I donโt think I have ever used powered sugar in a cake recipe. Do you think itโs a typo? Would you use powered sugar or granulated sugar?
