How do you prepare your breaded chicken cutlets? ย When you say โcutletsโ, do you mean a trimmed boneless skinless chicken breast, maybe sliced in half to thin it out? ย Would you consider a future post on your breaded chicken cutlets?
LETโS GO PENS! ย The last 2 games have me apprehensive going into this afternoonโs game. ย The thing I donโt like about play offs is that it means the hockey season is almost over, but can hockey get any more exciting than during the play offs? ย Enjoy the game today!
Hi Michelle! So honestly, the breaded chicken cutlets were a specialty of my grandmaโs, and both my father-in-law and mom make them. Itโs chicken breast thatโs pounded insanely thin, then breaded in the traditional flour-eggs-bread crumbs and then pan fried. Itโs one of my very favorite foods! Iโll put together a post at some point!
I agree that hockey season coming to an end is a bummer but playoff hockey is just so crazy fun to watch!
