This week, I saw someone make Inaโs vodka sauce on Instagram stories and now itโs on my list (I canโt believe Iโve never made it, actually!); her weeknight bolognese is delicious!
Chicken cordon bleu quesadillas sound amazing.

Love the afghan. I also crocheted one for our daughter and son. It took me 2 hours to crochet a row. Your children are cuties and growing up fast. Love your recipes and hearing/seeing pics of your sweet family, stay healthy!
I made Inaโs Vodka sauce this week. It is outstanding.ย
Inaโs vodka sauce is our favorite โ weโve been making it since we saw her make it on Food Network before it even made it to her cookbook.
Iโve also slightly adapted it over the years 1) I donโt reduce the vodka as much as she does 2) I donโt bother to puree โ we like the little chunks in it 3) based on comments we donโt add the fresh oregano and we are happy with the results.
We have a friend from Ireland who insists I have to make it whenever we see him โ not often enough right nowย
