Happy winter Saturday to you!
Today is Josephโs 4th birthday! I canโt believe our first baby, the one who continues to be our parenting guinea pig, is already turning into a little boy before our eyes. Heโs becoming such a wonderful little person, and Iโm SO proud and grateful to be his mom. While we were planning to celebrate with a party today, we postponed until next week due to the weather.
Are you in the path of loads of snow?? Weโre supposed to get a good amount, but the forecasts have been super vague โ anywhere from about 3 inches to a foot! I love a good snow storm, just have my fingers and toes crossed that no one loses power.
If youโre expecting severe weather from the storm, I hope you stay safe and warm!

Sunday Dinner Menu
No dinner planned this week due to the weather, but I bought everything I need for a big pot of that chili I just mentioned above! Also have what I need for quick beef stroganoff โ itโs one of my husbandโs favorites and the boys devour it, too.

Sorry allโฆwe were near 80 degrees yesterday for some reasonโฆafter a week of rain..we had a near summer day yesterdayโฆmade my first homemade batch of split pea soup..even though we are kind of warm outโฆbut it was good for my first time๐

We are experiencing very frigid weather in my neck of the woods in Canada, with snow to come. Temps to make one stay home and have lots of comfort food and hot chocolate!
