Friday Things #546

1. These two have loved being silly together since they were toddlers; I love watching them play and giggle together 🩷💙

2. It’s probably been awhile since I mentioned using Olive & June nail products (I LOVE them!), and they just announced this week that they came out with a gel mani system. I cannot wait to try it! I rarely paint my nails because I feel like they chip easily; I can’t wait to try out an at-home gel system.

3. We’ve had magnatiles in our house since the kids were toddlers, and they reach for them every now and then, but Dominic spent all of his free minutes last weekend building an elaborate magnatile city, incorporating other little people and play figures. It was so creative, and I loved watching his imagination. If you have a kid in your life who doesn’t have these yet, they would make a fabulous gift!

4. A James Clear nugget this week:

Sure, it might be ideal to spend an hour doing these things, but one minute gets you in the game. Now you’re learning. Now you’re improving. Now results are possible. One doesn’t seem like much, but it’s something real. At zero, you’re still dreaming.”

7. We finished the new season of Trigger Point (Brit Box) and are now on the new season of Van der Valk. We’ve also been watching some new episodes of Tulsa King; excited for Yellowstone to finally come back in a few weeks.
