1. How did this kid get so grown up?! I swear I blinked and he became a little man!
2. This girl is LOVING kindergarten! She comes home every day excited to share her papers and practice words, rhyming, and whatever else they did that day. And after years of saying she wants to be a doctor when she grows up, she told me the other day that she wants to be a school teacher now โค๏ธ
3. Dominic received his third neuroblastoma vaccine injection this week and, whew! Three trips in three weeks was a whirlwind, but itโs done. He now has a five-week break before his next injection, along with his next set of scans that we pray remain clear of any disease ๐๐ป
4. I shared on Instagram earlier this week that I do not like warm cookies or brownies; I prefer both many hours later (or the next day!) when theyโve had time to cool and set. I think thatโs probably a very unpopular opinion!

6. If you ever get coffee at Dunkinโ, what do you usually order? I ran in for doughnuts last week but didnโt grab a coffee because I wasnโt sure what was good and I canโt just do plain black coffee, itโs too bitter for me.
7. I donโt think Iโve ever agreed with an article more >> Itโs Time to Bring Back the 90โs Legal Thriller. I LIVED for these movies when I was in middle school and high school; I couldnโt get enough of the books and just loved the movies so much. I could probably still recite A Few Good Men Iโve seen it so many times!
8. Do you use chili crisp as a condiment? Iโve seen it suggested in a couple of recipes I have saved to try, but there are a million versions and I donโt want anything over-the-top spicy; do you love one youโd recommend?
9. I saw this week that there are big rumors that The Office is coming back, or being rebooted, and it might be the best television news Iโve heard in a very, very long time. Iโm pretty sure that is the last show on TV that made me legitimately belly laugh; fingers crossed that the original cast returns!
10. TGIF!ย Again, Judith continues to prove herself as the coziest dog on the planet.
Huge fan of The Office !! ย Have you watched Jury Duty? ย It is reality but the humor reminded me of The Office. ย We were cracking up. ย It is a must see in my opinion. ย
Joseph looks just like you! If you donโt like black coffee, try a cold brew or iced coffee with some kind of creamer. Cold, smooth, roasty. I think of it like chocolate milkโs cousin.
Chili crisps are a revelation! They are a great condiment especially for Mexican and Chinese foods. I buy Mr Bing mild Chili Crisp on Amazon. Itโs not in our stores yet. It is not hot and adds just the right mild heat to foods. And the crispy part is a wonderful surprise! My favorite way to prepare a quick meal is to microwave frozen Chinese noodles from Samโs with Samโs grilled sliced chicken breasts on top and drizzle it with the chili crisps. I guarantee you will love it!
I donโt like warm cookies or brownies or cookies/brownies with frosting. I also never understood families that do not warm their maple syrup up before adding to their pancakes/waffles. We always did and I canโt understand why you would add cold syrup to hot pancakes/waffles.

Iโm boring, i guess, but when i go to coffee shops i just get regular (or decaf) coffee with sweetener and milk. Less calories, less expensiveโฆ and delicious! โ๏ธ๐

I am 100% with you about not liking warm cookies or brownies! I actually prefer them chilled โ I always think it makes them taste richer, chewier, and more substantial when they have that firmer bite! I dislike warm cookies and brownies so much that I would rather have nothing than a warm cookie or brownie. (I also hate straight melted chocolate!)
I HATE warm cookies, brownies,anything!! ย Right there with you! Would much rather eat them later or even from the freezer!

Dominic is so brave and continuous prayers that the disease goes away for good! I like my cookies warm and sometimes cold, it all depends on the mood Iโm in. Esp choc chip cookies!
Lovely kids, pup pups too..and great job Dominic. Showing us what a hero looks like. Will be praying for all of you.

Next day cookie and brownie girl here too! I prefer them to have set and be extra chewy rather than gooey. I love chili crisp and itโs not too spicy at all, my favorite as been Lao Gan Ma which Iโve found on amazon!
I love my warm Double Chocolate Heavenly Brownies (they contain mini-marshmallows, chocolate chips and walnuts) with vanilla ice cream and your Hot Fudge Sauce. ย Of course, brownies are still yummy when cool but that is a top notch dessert for a special occasion!
Iโd love a legal thriller as well. ย Iโm still longing for funny shows like Mork and Mindy and Mary Tyler Mooreโฆyes, Iโm that old ๐.

I restore myself each evening with laugh out loud sitcoms. I love Frasier, The Nanny, and Big Bang, though the third is heavy into mean spirited humor. ( They would never remain friends in real life. ). I admit to the joy of slap stick that Lucy does so well. Funny is good!!!
I like brownies either way but hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is hard to beat. Cookies, on the other hand, I prefer to be completely cooled and set. Thatโs not to say I wonโt have and enjoy a hot chocolate chip cookie, after all it is a cookie.ย
Bring back The Office!!!
Iโm not a fan of Dunkinโs hot coffee but their cold brew with cold foam and a couple swirls of mocha is a fav of mine!!
I buy my spices from the spice house. They sell their products in jars or packs and the packs are mailed for free. Great variety quality I highly recommend. Just this week they sent an email on their new product crunching Chile oil. I thought I would try this because you mix it up yourself. Iโve heard stories about receiving the jarred stuff and if not sealed properly or packaged properly itโs a mess ย a friend was afraid to eat it in case it wasnโt safe to eat.ย
Re: Oxy products I love the stain stick too. I use the spray too as a backup but the stick is a perfect ten.ย

My one exceptionโฆ. Warmed with ice cream! ย Canโt beat a warm brownie topped with frozen ice cream and hot fudge. ย I will make an exception for that! ย
Of the chili crisp Iโve tried I like Trader Joeโs the best. Not to oniony like some others. Nice balance of flavor. I didnโt think it was too hot. I still like to be able to taste my food. I like using it on Ramen.
Continued prayers for your Dominic, heโs a superstar! Not a Dunkin fan, sorry I canโt help you. I find their coffee very bitter. I rather eat my cookies after they haves cooled off as well. Iโm not a cookie dough fan, so eating them hot makes they taste raw to me.ย

We donโt mind spicy, so I cannot guess if it would be too spicy for your family. You can always adjust the amount of chili crisp you use.
Dunkins iced coffee with butter pecan if they have it.. the syrup is sweet so no sugar but cream/milk of choice. Their pumpkin iced coffee beats a PSL any day IMO as well.
I get my favorite chili crisp on Amazon and its s&b chili oil with crunchy garlicโฆ not too spicy!
I do not like warm cookies or brownies either! To me they seem uncooked! Happy to hear that your son is doing so well. I continue to keep him in my daily prayes.
Youโre not alone with not liking warm cookies. I want them to be crisp and have a snap when I eat them. Even if I freeze them, and take them out to sit on the counter, Iโd like for them to be out a couple days until they get what other people might call stale and firm and crispy.
Dunkin! Cold brew with almond millk and cold foam. My favorite flavor is brown sugar cinnamon when they have it. Been getting pumpkin flavor now!
Before I read your comment about Joseph, I was thinking he looks very grown up. Glad Isabella likes school. Even happier for you that Dominick has a few weeks between trips for shots. Prayers continue for your whole family.
