3. Joseph is as obsessed as ever with racing and this year heโs gotten into Indy racing, on top of the Formula One heโs been watching and loving for a couple of years. He is learning the driversโ names and just yesterday asked me and my husband if we could โsend a Tweet to Scott Dixon and invite him over for hot dogs and coffeeโ Kids seriously say the funniest stuff (which I actually never believed until I had kids of my own!) ๐ Another one from this weekโฆ Dominic fell off a chair and was crying, I went over to make sure he was okay (he was) and I asked what he hit when he fell; his response, between sniffles: โThe floorโ ๐
4. I recently discovered the Aerie Gamechanger Tank and it has quickly become my favorite everyday, layering, sleep-in tank. They are so incredibly soft and a wonderful fit. Iโm usually a small in most tops and bought mine in a medium and the fit is perfect.

I got my copy of the classic Betty Crocker Cookbook today. I grew up in the 50โs and 60โs. Iโm loving the nostalgia. Some of the recipes are a hoot.

I love the smoothies from Daily Harvest โ my faves are the Mint+Cacao, Blueberry+Hemp, Chocolate+Blueberry (for a decadent treat), and Carrot+Cinnamon (in winter โ tastes just like carrot cake). The lattes are really good, too.
Daily Harvest has been great! ย During SIP itโs like the only way I get vegetables at lunch time. I pair the bowls with either Trader Joeโs meatballs or scrambled eggs
The bites are good too. Smoothies are delish but I donโt get these as often these days
Also for friends who live far away, this is a great gift for new momsย

I have my Great Auntโs Betty Crocker cookbook. I just looked and the copyright says 1969, so I know itโs pretty old. The cover is pulling away so Iโll need to tape it back up. I still use it to this day for many tried and true baked goods. Itโs a little slice of food history really those old recipesโฆand it reminds of my Grandma who was my Auntโs sister.
I too love that hand made Afghan on your baby boyโs bed. Such a sweet picture of Dominic sleeping so peacefully on those crisp clean sheets. And gotta love that big bright eyed doggie smile of handsome Duke. His face happy doggie face says it all..that โI am so loved!โ๐

Have done Daily Harvest and love it. ย Its such a great way to have a healthy bowl of veggies, and eat a bit cleaner every now and then. Usually get an order of 25 bowls/smoothies three or four times year. ย Good treat and food quality is top notch. ย

I have my Grandmotherโs copy of the Betty Crocker. ย I love seeing the her handwritten comments in the margin.
I am 92 almost 93 and enjoy your posts,recipes,pictures and all but mostly the love of your family so rare these days but brings back so many memories of me and mine enjoy them they will be grown before you know it

โs hair. My great granddaughter is 2 1/2 years old and gives the phrase โbed headโ a whole new meaning. Her hair is pretty much the same way all day as it is when she gets up. It looks like it was combed with an egg beater, and donโt even think about touching it. I know it will eventually settle into some semblance of a traditional look but in the meantime I will enjoy our Facetime and videos her mommy posts on Facebook.

I LOVE the picture of Dominic sleeping! I remember when my kids were that age, & I would always check on them before going to bed-just loved watching them sleep, so sweet.
We watched Wild, Wild Country back in March. Oh my gosh, itโs crazy! And it gets weirder & weirder. Cannot believe this happened in that small Oregon town.
Oh- I remember the other week, you mentioned or asked about what recipes people are making. I think youโve posted recipes from Dinner at the Zoo. before.
Well I made her shrimp fajitas the other week, & it was super easy & tasty. Sheโs got a real easy chicken taquitos recipe as well-instructions for both fried & baked. Delicious, & they re-heat really well in the toaster oven.
