1. Joseph has been super serious about making sure we let the dogs inside as soon as they come to the back door. When Duke scratches to come in, Joseph crawls over to the door at super sonic speed, stands up, bangs on the glass and then turns around and looks at us and makes yelling noises, like, โLet him in!โ

9.ย We finally foundย a new show! We queued up Netflix and started watching Blacklist from the beginning. James Spader is great and weโre both really liking the show. Definitely recommend.
10. TGIF! I stole a quick smooch from Einstein :)
My two furry kids went CRAZY when they heard me playing the puppies/slide video. My Setter just stared at the screen the whole time with her ears perked up in the air. Too funny!!! Canโt believe you havenโt purchased a Spiralizer yet. I havenโt made fries yet (calories), but my favorites are using zucchini & butternut squash as faux pasta. Makes a great Shrimp Scampi. Another geat dish is a beet and goat cheese salad. You really need to get one. Maybe Santa will be good to you this Christmas!

Oh James Spaderโฆif you like him, I suggest going back to the original Stargate movie, and The Secretary as well as Sex, Lies and Videotape. He was amazing in all of them. And then of course there was Boston Legal. If you havenโt seen that, it was great. Love the photo of you smooching Einstein! So cute. Iโve just made the LunchLady Brownies you featured awhile back on your site for a do at work. Looking forward to trying them. Next up is German Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars.
I got sucked into The Blacklist, even though it is so totally unrealistic. Pure fantasy โ it kind of bugs me at times because you know that it could never ever happen that way IRL. Like, even how they seem to get to a place in minutes โ never any traffic. They must have a teleporter. James Spader is good, but he seems to give the same performance no matter what character he is playing.
Joseph is growing up too fast! He and Duke are so cute in that pic and yes I bet heโs becoming very vocal now. The pic of you and Einstein is super sweet! You are looking great! I love using my spiralizer to make curly fries. Just made a batch this week to go with white bean burgers. Once you make your own curly fries, you will never buy them frozen again.
Blacklist is THE only show I bother watching! Son, hubby and I make time each week to tune into Spader being so cool. Joseph is too adorable ;)

Welcome to the Blacklist cult. Itโs the one show that my husband and I canโt miss every week. Itโs hard to top the first season (โThe suspense is killing me! -boom-โ), but Spader still steals every scene heโs in. When did he become such a great actor?! I still think of him as the nerd in the movie Stargate! :)

that is so adorable Joseph with the dogs he loves them so much and they are so devoted to him, typical of that breed. You are so fortunate, There are 4 kids in my family and we had a collie in Darien, Connecticut he was with us everywhere we even tried to ride him like a pony. not good. Have you watched Blindspot yet? My husband and I are really into it. Itโs a new show on NBC so itโs not on Netflix but comes on Monday nights at 10pm EST. Very Jason Bourne-est. I also love it because it has Ashley Johnson (Crissy Seaver from Growing Pains)! Love my 90โs child stars!

So funny about Crissy Seaver โ I just saw Alan Thicke on the Rich Eisen Show yesterday and had NO idea that he wrote the theme songs for dozens of popular TV showsโฆ he actually wrote and sang the one for Different Strokes!
Josephโs looks change by the week! Thereโs something about a boy and his dog. We got our first dog when my son was starting 4th grade. She was his pal. Yes, ours are shedding a ton right now too! The Roomba is still going strong; thereโs no way we could handle two Golden Retrievers and an entire first floor of hard floors without it! Weโd be vacuuming every single day.
