2.ย Speaking of babies, there are at least three different commercials running right now that include aย screaming baby. WHY?? Iโm convinced that the people who wrote these commercials do NOT have children. Whenย one of them comes on, my husband and I immediately check the baby monitor only to realize that itโs the television. We cringe and shake our fists at the TV every.single.time. Ugh.

What a handsome boy! Hey, you should have gone to high school and college in the 60โs and 70โs. NO cell phones and internet and some people in rural areas still had party lines where you shared your phone line with other people. Wouldnโt trade it for anything!
Joseph is so adorable! I would hug and kiss him all day long too! Duke and Einstein are such handsome doggiesโฆthey are really amazing and so well behaved. I will have to check out the fresh produce freezing techniques โ I just did some corn in the freezer and hope I did it right

Iโve been doing that book challenge this year! I have about 8 books left out of 52 total (50 prompts, but one is a trilogy). It has definitely challenged me to branch out. It has also kept me motivated to read. I have read 55 books so far this year!

YES to the screaming baby commercials!! When my son was a little younger everything from tv commercials to movies would make me jump for the monitor.

Oh my goodness!! All 3 of those sweet darling faces are so serious this week! I canโt help but laugh a little seeing the seriousness of all 3 :D I have seen so many cool basket ideas from paper plates for baked goodies. LOVE it! Youโve inspired me; Iโm going to have to make one or two and send off some goodies to my daughter who went back to college this past weekend. You know, I miss the personal hand-written notes, cards, & letters of years-not-so-long-ago. And actual pictures . . . thereโs nothing quite like sitting down with a scrapbook and lingering over the stories told through actual paper photos. Thereโs something about the anticipation of opening up a letter received in the mail that just canโt be captured through social media and texting. Have a great weekend!
The macro lens is definitely worth it. I got a kit with 5 lenses from Photojojo (same price as the B&C one), and the macro is the one I use again and again.
Well, Iโd be cuddling and kissing him too!! He is adorable. We just have a two month grandson and I hate to put him down. :-) Since you like to read and cook I was over at โNot Without Saltโ and a book was mentioned that sounds fantastic.
