Classic Burger Sauce
If you dig the sauce on Big Macs or the โspecial sauceโ that high-end sandwich joints slather on their burgers, you are going to LOVE this burger sauce!

While I hardly ever eat them, I love a Big Mac every now and then, and Iโm pretty sure itโs because of that oh-so-fabulous burger sauce that is slathered on them. Iโm a big-time burgers and fries fan, and have been known to order one even at the nicest of restaurants in lieu of a โfancierโ meal.
Spoiler alert: Iโm not fancy, and Iโm certainly not a fancy eater.
Over the last few years, Iโve noticed that most nice restaurants and high-end burger joints have their own โspecial sauceโ that they use on burgers. They tend toย taste very similar, and Iโm totally addicted. So when I made burgers on Saturday for watching the hockey game, you better believe I was going to whip up a batch of homemade burger sauce!

Weโve been using the supermarket bottled sauce for convenience but Iโd say this sauce is just as good. I made a smaller batch and estimated the vinegar and sugar so I mightโve been a little generous with sugar. I may need to tweak the quantities, Iโd prefer my sauce less sweet.ย
I added a touch more vinegar and also added garlic powder. My family thought it came out great! Really good for dipping sweet potato fries in too.ย
