An Update + Prayer Request

So many of you have reached out over the last two weeks asking if everything is okay because I have not made any recent posts. I appreciate your concern so much.

Last week, our son Dominic was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer of the nerve cells. He has a tumor in his abdomen and we know the cancer is also in his bone marrow. He is being admitted to the hospital this week to begin treatment.
He is currently doing great, feeling well, and running around playing. Even with all of the pokes and prods and procedures he’s gone through over the last two weeks, he’s never complained and is as happy as ever. He’s totally our hero.
We appreciate all of the prayers and good, positive thoughts you can send his way 💙

I am so sorry to hear that you and your family are going through so much. Please know I am thinking of you, your son Dominic and your family, at this difficult time. I am sending you lots of strength and many prayers needed, to help lift you up with positivity for you and your family.💕💕
I know first hand what are fighting the fight means as well. My stepmother is in the fight of her life as she is battling cancer. She underwent chemo treatments this past year, it now has spread to her brain. We are fighting with conventional medicines and also Drs, from here in Pennsylvania locally, but also Drs, on the west coast who are experienced with a more intense cancer treatments, while working with medicinal mushrooms for cancer. Both doctors have written books and well known in their treatments.

Praying for those who are in charge of Dominic’s medical care, that God will grant wisdom and discernment to them. And praying for the peace that passes understanding to cover you all.

Oh Michelle…my heart is breaking reading this news. I have been following you since before you were married and have so enjoyed you sharing your life and beautiful family as it was growing. I know it has to be beyond difficult to share the news of sweet Dominic’s challenge. Please know, so, so many people are sending prayers to the heavens for your little guy and your whole family. This has to be so difficult for Joseph and Isabelle…you kids are such good friens and buddies. Prayers for them as well.
I will start a Novena to St. Rita…known for helping with difficult challenges and illness.

Oh my gosh Michelle, I’m so incredibly sorry. I’m tearing up. I’ve followed your posts for a few years, and feel like I know you’re family. Dominic seems like such a sweet child.
