An Update + Prayer Request

So many of you have reached out over the last two weeks asking if everything is okay because I have not made any recent posts. I appreciate your concern so much.

Last week, our son Dominic was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer of the nerve cells. He has a tumor in his abdomen and we know the cancer is also in his bone marrow. He is being admitted to the hospital this week to begin treatment.
He is currently doing great, feeling well, and running around playing. Even with all of the pokes and prods and procedures he’s gone through over the last two weeks, he’s never complained and is as happy as ever. He’s totally our hero.
We appreciate all of the prayers and good, positive thoughts you can send his way 💙

My heart is breaking for your family. I have looked forward to your Friday update before your babies were even born. That precious little guy is and will be in my prayers until I hear of his recovery. Even beyond that! Stay strong Mom and Dad, stay strong. God is good!

Your news about Dominic is heart breaking. Your Friday newsletters with adorable photos always bring me much joy. I especially love hearing about your beautiful, special, and loving family. So when we didn’t hear from you in several weeks I suspected something was wrong. I am just so very very sorry to learn that your sweet, adorable Dominic is ill. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with him plus you & your entire family. I wish Dominic much strength and a speedy recovery.

Thank you for letting everyone know this news about Dominic. Know that God is right there with him and your family. Talk to God and let Him know you trust His care for your son. Give everything to Him. He wants your full attention that He will take care of Dominic. We serve an awesome God. My prayers are with Dominic and all of you. God bless you.
